A Commissioning Partner
Placements you can stand behind.
Commissioners need providers who deliver safe, high-quality care, communicate openly, and offer genuine value for public money. Newday Healthcare Ltd is built to be that provider.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for the regulated activity of personal care, and we support children and adults with complex needs — including people whose care is delivered under legal frameworks. We work flexibly with commissioners to find solutions for individuals who are hard to place, at risk of placement breakdown, or ready to step down to a less restrictive setting.
- Regulated & accountable — CQC-registered, with named, contactable leadership.
- Responsive — quick, realistic responses to referrals and urgent requests.
- Transparent — clear, needs-led costing with no hidden extras.

Outcomes & Value For Money
Value measured in outcomes, not just cost.
We design support to be effective and sustainable — protecting both the person and the public purse.
Independence & progression
Support is outcomes-focused — building skills and confidence so that, where appropriate, staffing can safely reduce over time.
Community-based & less restrictive
Helping people move out of hospital and restrictive settings into the community, in line with Transforming Care principles.
Stable, sustainable placements
Careful matching and consistent staffing reduce the risk of placement breakdown and costly re-commissioning.
Transparent cost models
Costing is presented clearly against assessed hours and need, making scrutiny and benchmarking straightforward.
Regular review & right-sizing
Packages are reviewed against outcomes so that support is adjusted as needs change — never left to drift.
One clear point of contact
A named contact for commissioning, contract and quality matters — making the relationship easy to manage.
The Placement Process
The Placement Process
A clear, well-managed pathway that keeps commissioners informed at every stage.
1. Referral & enquiry
Share the referral and supporting information. We respond promptly with an honest view of whether we can meet the need.
2. Assessment & costing
We complete a needs-led assessment and provide a clear, itemised cost based on assessed staffing and support hours.
3. Transition planning
We agree a transition plan with the person, families and professionals — including bridging support where needed.
4. Mobilisation & review
Support begins, with early reviews, outcome reporting and ongoing contract liaison to confirm the placement is working.
