It's Your Life
Our Mission is to help you Live
Newday Healthcare Ltd is a care provider registered with the Care Quality Commission. We support children and adults with their individual needs, from a little help each day to 24 hour care and support.
What matters most to us is simple: that you feel safe, that you are treated with respect, and that you keep as much choice and independence as possible. We take time to get to know you, listen to what you want, and shape support around the real details of your life.
- You are listened to — your wishes, routines and goals come first.
- Familiar faces — consistent staff who really get to know you.
- Your family included — the people who care about you are part of it too.
Ways We Can Help
Different kinds of support, all built around you.
You might need one of these, or a mix. We will help you work out what fits.
Getting out & doing more
Outreach support helps you get into the community, try new things, build skills and grow your confidence.
A break — for you and your family
Short breaks give you a positive change of routine, and give the people who care for you time to rest.
Care in your own home
Domiciliary care brings support to you at home — from help with daily life to complex health and end-of-life care.
Support for young people
Moving from children's to adult services is a big step. We help young people make that move calmly and at their own pace.
Specialist & complex care
If you have complex needs, our experienced teams can support you safely — including under legal frameworks where these apply.
Your Home, Your Choices
Your rights matter — and we protect them.
Good support should never take away your voice. We work hard to make sure you stay in control of your own life, your home and the decisions that affect you. If a decision ever needs extra care, we follow the law to keep you safe while respecting what you want.
Your home and your tenancy are yours
Your choices are respected
You are treated with dignity
Decisions made with you, not for you
Support to understand your rights
Information explained in a way that suits you
Your culture, faith and identity respected
Access to advocacy if you want it
For Families & Carers
We're here for the people who care, too.
If you’re supporting someone you care about, we know how heavy that can feel — and how much you want to make the best decisions for them. We don’t see families as observers. We see you as partners in every step of the journey.
We keep you informed, listen to what you know about your loved one, and make sure short breaks and respite give you a genuine, reliable rest. Caring is easier to sustain when you are supported too.
- You are kept informed and involved
- What you know about your loved one is valued
- Respite and short breaks you can rely on
- A friendly team you can always talk to
The Placement Process
The Placement Process
A clear, well-managed pathway that keeps commissioners informed at every stage.
1. Get in touch
Contact us by phone or email, or fill in the enquiry form. Tell us a little about the situation — that's all we need to start.
2. We get to know you
We take time to understand what you need, what you want, and what a good day looks like for you.
3. We plan together
We agree a support plan with you — and, if you wish, your family. You stay in control of what it includes.
4. Support begins
Your support starts, with familiar staff. We keep checking in to make sure it still works for you.
Not sure how your support is paid for?
Support can be funded by your local council, the NHS, a personal budget or personal health budget, or arranged privately. If you are not sure, that's completely fine — get in touch and we will help you understand your options and who to speak to. You can also ask your local authority adult social care team for a needs assessment.
Helpful To Know
Questions you might want to ask us.
Choosing support is a big decision. You should feel comfortable asking anything — here are some questions people often find useful.
- How will you match staff to me or my family member?
- How do you make sure support stays consistent?
- How will I be involved in planning and reviews?
- What happens if my needs change over time?
- Who do I contact if I have a worry or a question?
- How do you keep me safe while respecting my choices?
