Our homecare service supports individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. Whether you need help with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, mobility, or simply some regular companionship — our trained carers work around your routine, not ours.

Complex Care at Home

We support individuals with high-acuity and complex clinical needs to remain safely in their own home environment. Our teams are specifically trained to manage a wide range of conditions that require skilled, clinical-level care delivered outside of a hospital setting.

Each package of complex care is individually designed in collaboration with the individual, their family, and relevant healthcare professionals to ensure clinical safety and quality of life.

Conditions we support include:

  • Acquired brain injury
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator dependency
  • PEG / enteral feeding
  • Epilepsy management
  • Long-term neurological conditions

This service includes:

  • NMC-registered nursing care
  • Wound and stoma management
  • Medication administration
  • Clinical assessments in community settings
  • Coordination with GP and MDT teams
  • Post-hospital discharge support

Specialist Clinical Support

Our clinical team provides specialist nursing and healthcare support to individuals in community and home settings. All clinical staff are appropriately trained, and where required, NMC-registered — matched carefully to the specific clinical requirements of each individual.

We work closely with GPs, community nurses, hospital discharge teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure continuity and clinical safety at every stage of a person’s care journey.

Supported Living Services

We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or physical disabilities to live as independently as possible within their own tenancy. Our support is built around each person’s individual goals, choices, and agreed care plan — not a generic model.

We work with individuals, families, and commissioners to design support that genuinely promotes independence, community inclusion, and quality of life.

We support people with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism spectrum conditions
  • Mental health conditions
  • Physical disabilities
  • Dual diagnosis and complex needs
  • Transitioning from residential care

We supply:

  • Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
  • Healthcare Assistants (HCA)
  • Support Workers
  • Senior Carers
  • Complex Care Specialists
  • Community Healthcare Workers

Temporary Healthcare Staffing

Newday Healthcare supplies compliant, experienced healthcare professionals to NHS trusts, care homes, supported living providers, and community organisations across England. We take compliance seriously — every worker is DBS-checked, holds up-to-date mandatory training, and has verified right to work in the UK.

Whether you need short-notice cover or planned temporary staffing, we aim to respond quickly with well-matched, reliable professionals.
