The Service
Support that opens up the day — and gives families a breather.
Outreach and short breaks sit at the heart of community support. Outreach helps a person get out, take part and build confidence in everyday life. Short breaks — also known as respite — give the person a positive change of routine, and give family carers essential time to rest and recharge.
We provide both for children and adults, with support carefully matched to the person’s interests, communication style and needs. Whether it’s a few hours a week or a planned overnight stay, every session is purposeful and person-led.
- Flexible & reliable — regular sessions or one-off support, planned around your routine.
- Consistent staff — familiar faces who understand the person and build genuine rapport.
- Whole-family focus — supporting the person and the people who care for them.
